I told him not to stress and let him grow up freely, but I think it was because I wanted to be comfortable, so even though it's late, I'm trying to create regular living habits, starting with separate sleeping that I thought I would never be able to do, and I'm reading him 4 books before going to bed as a sleep ritual! The bookshelf is in the playroom, so while my brother was washing up, I would pack books to read before going to bed and read them on the bed. I bought a bookshelf in the bedroom this time while buying a complete collection of books. 🙂 I set up 4 books to read every day and use them. Now, after washing up, reading, and turning off the reading light, I try to go to sleep.
