It's a pretty healthy meal, right...? ๐ Cook cabbage, mix it with rice, add whatever ingredients you have in the fridge, and roll it up. It's great for emptying out the fridge and eliminating leftover rice. You don't have to add rice, but it's important to add it so it rolls up properly! I only added a large spoonful! That amount makes a perfect row of kimbap. ๐ You could have blanched the cabbage, but I was too lazy to just stir-fry it all... Hehe I added long, thinly sliced cucumbers and peppers instead of spinach, and the texture is so, so delicious!
