#건강한끼 [Today's Morning] 1. Juice - I had kale, apple, banana + water, and my husband had kale, apple, banana + oatmeal drink. 2. I baked the marmalade in an air fryer (sometimes I sprinkle pink salt on it), 3. For the salad, I made Greek yogurt, tomatoes, oranges, mini cucumbers, almonds, and sprinkled olive oil on them yesterday. The advantage of this meal is that it has no sodium and is easy to clean!!! Since I eat lunch out, I'm worried about the sodium, so I eat one meal without sodium.
