Insomnia and Coffee☕️ I have quite severe insomnia. I can't fall asleep even when I lie down. I have trouble sleeping to begin with, but my insomnia has gotten worse recently because I'm taking gynecological medication. One of the side effects of the medication is insomnia. I have to wake up early to get my kids to school and go to work, so I'm extremely tired every day. When I wake up in the morning, I drink coffee to wake up my hazy mind. One of the happiest moments of my day is the time I make and drink coffee, but I hate giving up that happiness because of sleep. I'm writing this while drinking coffee right now, whining about not being able to sleep.
