There was a specific spot in my house that I had decided to turn into a home cafe. It was the storage cabinet by the window connected to the kitchen island. I searched a lot for #homecafe on Instagram and the Today's House app, and since white or wood-toned interiors are popular these days, I noticed many cases where white appliances were matched to create a unified look. Since my house has a black marble countertop, I worried a lot about how to match it. However, I got an idea at Muji, where I stopped by to buy cups; placing rattan items together with placemats solved my dilemma! The coffee machine hasn't arrived yet, but doesn't it give off quite a home cafe vibe? 😂
