When I moved, I reduced the square footage by half, so the entrance became more compact, but I wanted it to feel like a cozy hideout because the size was reduced, so I kept thinking about it since signing the contract. The house doesn't have a front door, so I couldn't install it in a rented house, and I was thinking about just putting up curtains, but when I saw the arched partition wall, I thought this was it. When you open the door and come in, you can see the dining table beyond the arched door, and it would look pretty if there was a bookshelf behind it, so I thought about it for a month and searched and finally completed it. The arch is a little ugly because of a measurement error, but I'm satisfied except for the occasional irritant that comes across when I look at it with blurry eyes. It took a long time to choose the coil mat design, and I was worried about whether to continue the calm atmosphere or make it a little more flashy, but I decided on a teddy bear mat because I wanted to make this space feel pop and cute.
