I was surprised by how big it was, bigger than I expected, but I'm glad it fits perfectly at the height of the bed or sofa haha. At first, my dog didn't climb the stairs well, maybe because they looked intimidating, but now he scurries right up lol. You can fold the stairs to use them, but the incline might be a bit steep for small dogs, so it might be difficult! Still, I'm relieved to hear that it puts much less strain on their legs than soft stairs haha. I like the wood color too! 😳👍🏻
