It is a very small studio officetel of about 6 pyeong. I wanted to find a bigger studio, but I ended up sacrificing the size because I was being greedy with the semi-rental option. Still, I chose this place because I really liked the large window. It was a really small space even after I moved all my belongings out, but as I fill it up with things I like one by one, it looks a little wider and feels cozy.
