I like how the atmosphere changes little by little as I arrange small items or furniture. It seems that the feel of the space changes depending on where you place things. :) In particular, since large furniture and background elements (curtains, blinds) seemed like they would be the main pillars of the interior design and aren't something you can easily change, I first thought about the mood I wanted and selected key pieces like the TV stand, curtains, table, and sofa accordingly. As a result, even when I chose small items, they naturally matched my taste and looked good wherever I placed them in the house (since I had the background in mind first). I can move them around without feeling out of place, so it is fun to rearrange the layout, but when looking at the house as a whole, the atmosphere I originally wanted still radiates. Of course, I had a lot of trouble choosing the curtains. Even though I had already envisioned the atmosphere I wanted through my research, as I went through the process of searching, seeing, and touching them in person, even similar shades of color all looked pretty. After the color, each fabric gave off a different vibe, so I wondered which material would be the best. Even though I had already decided on the look I wanted, looking at the details made my decision waver. Fortunately, thanks to the photos I found and my passionate explanation of my needs, the expert picked out the perfect match for me, and I am satisfied because it turned out exactly the look I wanted :) In particular, I like the atmosphere both with and without the curtains. When the curtains are drawn, it seems to add a tranquil, serene feel. Personally, I prefer a cozy and warm atmosphere, which is why I really love wood and beige tones. Since these tones make up almost the majority of the room, I am making an effort with the sofa, rug, etc., to prevent it from becoming too full of brown. Since I live with pets, rugs on the floor are practically a must. Next time, I’m thinking of changing the rug under the lift-up table. I’m considering adding a slightly different feel with a rug of a different pattern while keeping the home’s unique atmosphere intact :)
