I get hungry even on weekends, so my eyes snap open right by 7:30. I start the laundry first, and since it's the weekend, I'm doing this morning a little differently—though what I eat is usually pretty much the same. I mostly have bagels, whole wheat bread, sweet potatoes, or rice cakes for breakfast, along with half an apple and soy milk or orange juice.
