I was a little disappointed that only the stool arrived in the box without the plastic wrapping, but since it's faux leather, I just wiped it clean with a wet tissue and it was fine! I was debating because I liked the cotton feel, but I bought this one for hygiene reasons and I think I made the right choice. It's much bigger than I expected, but that makes it super comfortable!
