I don't like soft cushioning, but this is just the right amount of firmness, which I like. It feels good even without the back cushion, so I uploaded a photo with it removed. Removing the back cushion increases the surface area you can lie on, so it's nice to lie down in, haha. Based on someone who is 167cm tall, you can lie down with your feet up on the armrests.
