It’s just the right amount of firmness, so my back actually hurts less haha. The fact that it’s lightweight and easy to move is a plus! So, the downside is that it slides around a bit easily...? (I think it would be good to attach pads under the footrests to prevent slipping.) Delivery took about 10 days, excluding weekends. Since it was the rainy season and I live in a rural area, it felt a bit delayed. The ultimate value for money♡ The delivery driver was super kind👍🏻
