In the kitchen, I replaced the sink, but since the previous occupant kept the tiles in such good condition, I kept them exactly as they were. I really wanted larger tiles, but I figured tile work would be too expensive, so I didn't touch them. I'm actually quite satisfied with how they look now. The dining table is an IKEA EKE TALEN extendable model. We usually use it as a 4-person table like that, but it can be expanded to a 6-person table when guests come over. I debated for a high chair for the baby, but I ended up buying a portable Handy Booster. I use it at home by attaching it to the chair, but when we go out, I put it in its dedicated bag. This is hygienic because we don't need to use an outdoor chair!
