This is the study on the second floor. On the second floor of this multi-family house built in 1972, there was a combined living room and kitchen right upon entering, along with two bedrooms. I boldly filled two walls of the larger room with bookshelves. Since the living room was so narrow, I even removed the door to make it look more spacious. Originally, there was a desk on only one side with the middle empty, but I recently bought a small sofa. I want to spend more time in this room, so I plan to reorganize my books. Someone suggested organizing books by color, so I tried it, and I like it because it definitely feels less cluttered. The picture frame on the left is to cover the electrical box. Since the back of the frame has a wire hanging instead of a hook, I hung it on two pushpins to secure it and cover the box.
