I love this bed so much ㅠㅠ I highly recommend it. You absolutely must buy it. I ordered it a week before moving, but my move-in date changed in the meantime. After speaking with a representative, they delivered it exactly on the date I wanted! Since my apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator, there was an extra 10,000 won delivery fee (the delivery driver must have had a hard time carrying that heavy thing up ㅠㅠ). I asked them to set it as high as possible during installation, so the technician set it up that high. However, after sleeping on it for a night, it felt too high and personally a bit stuffy, so my dad and I lowered it by two notches together. At first, it was fixed so firmly that even a drill wouldn't work, and I was worried I might have to call a technician for a service call. But my dad managed to loosen the screws somehow, and we managed to lower it with great difficulty! It was really sturdily fixed, so we had a hard time. Once we lowered it by two notches, the height was stable and just right. I am currently using the space underneath as a dressing room. I put unused clutter behind the drawers and put a movable clothes rack there, and it fits perfectly! Also, I originally had the stairs facing inward towards the bed, but after using it for a while, I wanted to change it to maximize space. So, I unscrewed and reassembled it so the three-step section faces inward and the two-step and one-step sections face outward. (I struggled a bit doing this alone, but I am extremely satisfied with the result!!!) I keep clothes I wear often in the inward-facing compartments, and skincare products and a hairdryer in the outward-facing ones, using it as a storage unit next to my vanity. Even though the process was a bit difficult, I love being able to rearrange it however I want to fit my space. Also, I really like that I can utilize the space underneath to use it like a loft. My mom is also satisfied, saying this bed looks like the best one she's bought. I am satisfied too. If it weren't for this, I think the house would have looked messy with all the stuff. I made a great purchase.
