The kitchen where I spend a lot of time Before it is merely a space for cooking, it would be more accurate to say that the kitchen is where I work. Writing, the children doing their homework, having conversations, playing chess, reading books, making plans... Perhaps "a housewife's study" would be a fitting description. Should I call it a multi-functional space? My favorite plants, my favorite lighting, my favorite paintings, and my favorite furniture. All of these things are in the kitchen.
