The pins holding the glass top in place looked a bit flimsy at first, but after using it for a few months, they are sturdy. Also, when it first arrived, there was a lot of sticky grime on it, but I was able to remove most of it with a magic eraser. It is not without its flaws, but it seems to be the best value among similar products, and considering the price, it deserves a high score.
