The villa we recently moved into has an older layout, so the living room and master bedroom are quite spacious, while the other two rooms are small. After placing a bunk bed in the children's room, there was no space left for a desk, so I set up a desk in a corner of the living room next to the laundry room that doubles as a computer desk and study area. Since the laundry room is too cramped to install the new Samsung Grande 16kg AI dryer we bought when we moved in, we installed it right next to the door—in the space directly adjacent to it—and added a storage cabinet. This setup is great for storage, and it also seems to provide a stable and organized feel to the interior. (It has only been a few days since we moved... so I am still organizing things one by one, starting with the big items... but I am very satisfied with this space.)
