As I spend more time at home, I’ve been eating three meals a day at home more often :) Let me introduce the home-cooked meals I’ve prepared during this time! If you cook peeled sweet potatoes in an air fryer for a long time, they become incredibly delicious—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside! (180 degrees for 20 minutes) I also placed a burrata on top of cherry tomatoes tossed in basil pesto and olive oil :)
