I am currently renovating an empty studio apartment into a study room. As people spend more time at home, the time available for young children to focus on studying—serving as a substitute for school—was shorter than expected. Wanting to create a quiet space where my two children could read and study, I began filling the empty downstairs studio with furniture piece by piece. With a theme of a simple yet focused space, I unified the overall tone with white and beige.
