[DIY Dry Bathroom Interior] (*Summary) I spent two hours repainting the mold-infested grout from the wet bathroom, laid the tiles, and filled the remaining gaps with white stones. (*Reason for Switching to a Dry Bathroom) During my month-long trip to Europe, I used a dry bathroom and found it wonderful to have a pleasant environment that wasn't humid. Since we had a bathtub rather than a shower booth, I converted the bathtub into a shower booth. (*Make sure to use anti-slip pads for the bathtub) I had a bad experience with a guesthouse in Europe that converted a bathtub into a shower booth and struggled with how slippery it was, so I made purchasing anti-slip pads for the bathtub an essential item. (*Make sure to buy dedicated scissors) The tiles come in four sections, so I had to cut them to size when I needed two sections... but cutting them was really difficult. I even underestimated the need for dedicated scissors and didn't buy them... I regretted it immensely and ended up sawing with a bread knife. ** (*Spathiphyllum hydroponics are great) I placed a hydroponically grown Spathiphyllum above the toilet. I heard that this plant is good for growing in the bathroom because it purifies ammonia and thrives in humid environments. The Spathiphyllum I was growing at work had grown too big, so I repotted about a third of it and brought it home. It really grows vigorously day after day. (*Time required) Cleaning 2 hours Grouting 2 hours Tile 1 hour Remaining cleanup 1-2 hours I spent the whole day decorating, so today, the next day, I have muscle aches all over my body.... Ps. Grouting is harder than you think.. Make sure to buy tile cutting scissors.. Definitely.....!
