My favorite space, the space where I spend my main time. My favorite space, the space where I spend most of my time. I spend the most time in the living room. I find mental and emotional healing by zoning out while gazing at the beautiful view through the floor-to-ceiling windows, which is lovely in the mornings and afternoons rather than at night. When I moved, the top priority was the floor-to-ceiling windows and the view. It was much harder than I expected to find a place with floor-to-ceiling windows within the budget I wanted. I visited over 20 places and was about to give up when I saw this house and signed the contract immediately. It was a bit of an old house, but I signed it solely for the windows and the beautiful view. It was originally a different unit, but the contract was cancelled due to the landlord's fickleness. I was in a state of mental breakdown and despair, but the real estate agent told me another unit had become available, so I signed it right away. When I checked the house, I found it had even been remodeled. (Since it was an old building, it had that old-fashioned feel with reddish-brown walls and yellow wallpaper, so I was planning to completely remodel it. However, the house I was moving into had white wallpaper, so I didn't need to remodel it at all! Haha, what a great deal!) So I thought it was fate, realizing that the previous house was cancelled just so I could move into this one. Currently, I spend every day healing in my own space, and happily contemplating how to decorate it.
