As the weather got colder, I moved the plants from next to the living room stairs into the warm bedroom. Although the bedroom has become a bit cramped, it is good for us because I have to keep the humidifier running diligently to care for the Monstera and Boston ferns, which love high humidity, and it looks refreshing. The hanging pot for the Boston ferns is quite bulky and gets quite heavy when fully watered, so I was struggling to find a stable place to hang it. Eventually, I repurposed a clothes hanger that I had put away because I no longer used it. I placed the large pot and the air purifier on the shelf below, making it easy to clean as well—killing two birds with one stone. :)
