Especially the master bathroom, I don't know the exact reason lol but it wasn't used much so the tiles were in good condition so I just did a partial remodel. It's a master bathroom with a clear purpose where I changed the sink, toilet, and faucet, added a brick bathtub, and black stainless steel partition. I chose a beige-toned tile that's less slippery for the brick bathtub~ and finished it with the love-hate (?) color Mapei Kerapoxy No. 144 chocolate brown lol Currently, it's almost like a small water park for kids... lol
