I was a little worried that the two would fall apart and I would put them together, but it was much easier once I taped them together and fixed them into place! It's painted black on the outside because it's retro, but luckily it's not because it's chipped, it's because it was repainted, so it can't be erased! I like it pure white, so I erased it. It really looks like a window and a mirror, so it gives a sense of openness. I'm very satisfied! People who come to visit always ask where I bought it. I'm thinking of buying more later and putting them near the bed.
