I brought the multi-purpose table I used as a dining table into the bedroom and am using it as a desk. I originally planned to get a vanity with a wood-like finish, but while browsing at IKEA, I ended up buying this one as if I were possessed. I was actually hesitant because wood-look vanities don't really match the built-in wardrobe in the bedroom, but since this one looked clean and pretty on its own, I just went ahead and bought it haha. My daughters fell head over heels for this princess-style vanity, so I think it would be nice to give it to them for their rooms after using it for a while haha. It isn't perfectly harmonious and is a bit of a jarring contrast, but I'm just managing to use it as is. I'm very interested in interior design, but I'm not exactly super good at it... so I'm just a clumsy housewife haha.
