I decorated the area around the stair railing in this family room with a bar table on one side, and a chest of drawers on the other side. On the wall in front of the bar table, a black curtain pole is installed to hang several artificial plants. This room has more black and brown ornaments and furniture, combined with green to sweeten it so it doesn't look stiff.
