This is the balcony area in front of the family room, there is a swing for just sitting and spending time. There is an area around the balcony wall which is covered with synthetic grass to provide color in this area. The floor on this balcony is still consistent with the brown color, but different from some indoor areas which use vinyl, here the floor uses granite flooring measuring 15x60 cm, so that it is durable against the weather.
