Since we live in a flood-prone area, we decided not to build lower cabinets and closed off our under kitchen with glass and aluminum doors. Even though the price tends to be more expensive, glass and aluminum materials have several beneficial advantages such as being waterproof, termite-proof, easy to clean, do not cause dampness and mold, can be removed and installed, and the color can also be adjusted to suit the 'mood' of the kitchen. The kitchen still looks neat and the most important thing is to remain flood prepared.
