Having a sit-stand desk is refreshing, so when I work for long periods of time, I use it while standing or sitting. I tried various sizes of the top plate, but 100cm was a little too tight. It feels like you get more room from around 120cm. By the way, the top plate cost about 6,500 yen at Super Viva Home.
