1st floor bathroom sink table. Solid surface material with built-in toto sink. The size of the sink is large enough to be able to wash underwear/rags at the same time. Detergent and cleaner are underneath. Have a rag directly near the sink so you can clean the sink diligently. Use an aesthetic hanger so it doesn't spoil the view.
