When’s the last time you visited overseas? The last time I went out of the country was to my motherland Korea in 2019 precovid. I miss the food, the atmosphere, the people, just everything. I miss it so much I’ve recreated this japanese curry dish I had in Korea that divided two curries down the middle with rice. You should try this next time you have curry at home. Great for people like me who have a hard time deciding what to eat.
