Art that you love is always a good splurge for the home. This is for a good reason: Most furniture has been mass produced. Almost all Art is one of a kind. The Kristina Larson Drapings Sculpture (to the right) was a big splurge for me but I loved it so much as well as the fact that I’m supporting a living artist. Although this Rina Rotholz litho is a print it still has limited reproductions. This was absolutely a little splurge for me but I loved it so much it was worth the extra spend. Especially after researching the artist later to find out her international status and representation. Always go with your instinct and alway go for what you love.
