This house stands on land with an area of 96m2. In arranging the layout of a room with limited land, we apply the open space concept where there are no partitions between rooms. The living room, dining room and kitchen are integrated into one area. To maximize room space, we utilized the area under the stairs for the kitchen with an "I" line model. Houses with limited land are indeed a challenge in designing room layouts.
