LOW BUDGET FENCE MAKEOVER with DIY The story is that the old fence was still in good condition but we wanted more comfort and privacy so that the terrace area and yard were not visible from the outside. So, GRC plasterboards were attached to the old fence by drilling them and then painting them in a natural color. This lisplang material is strong against heat and rain. The fence certainly gets heavier but it is still relatively comfortable to move around.
