Second house problems... I bought this house in 2018 with minor renovations assisted by the team from Bintoro Corporation and the architect. I use the services of contractors and architects with a limited budget so my main priority is a kitchen area that is simple and free of leaks. This house consists of 3 floors, so at that time it was quite detailed to work on every leak point. One of the main problems with second-hand cluster houses is that the walls are attached directly to neighbors and there are several leaking spots. I took out the lower kitchen cabinets because the walls were damp. I just use cement plus a door leaf as a covering because this is more durable. While using Bintoro's services, of course it's not always smooth, but it's not a major thing.
