In its construction, this house used the services of an architect and contractor. We took this decision so that the design and construction were carried out by people who are truly experts in their fields. We will use this house as a residence for a long time so that the function and design are expected to meet our needs. The architectural and contractor and interior services we use are Tiang Design. From the start of discussing the design and making a list of needs, we felt like we were compatible. Discussing house building with experts is a new experience for us. Many of the things on our wishlist turned out to be not ideal for what we needed in the house. An example is the installation of a skylight above the dining table. Initially it was one of our wishlists, because it felt aesthetic. but the architect warned that the sun would be too hot and it would be like eating in the middle of a football field during the day. Apart from that, we get a lot of insight about houses from working with experts. The renovation went well and smoothly. We were also able to move into our new house on time.
