What makes me use professional services when building a house? The consideration is that because this is my first house, I put all my dreams towards the goal of having a first house here. Because of my first house, I had no experience and didn't understand the materials and construction issues, so I finally handed it over to the professionals, namely the architect who designed the house model & the contractor who built it directly. The discussion process with the architectural team was fairly quick, because they happened to be my husband's friends. What we want is simple.
