When you look at the asymmetrical land shape of this house with a small land area of 44m2 and also the location is in a flood area as high as an adult's calf, wow... there are several land problems that I can't solve myself because I don't have architectural knowledge. Finally, we decided to use the services of an architect from XOA Design to solve the problem. And we think it was a very correct decision. The split level concept suggested by XOA Design has so far been very effective for solving floods. The front terrace is made of stairs that rise about 1.5m to prevent flooding, then the inside goes down 90cm, so that the surface of the 1st floor of this house is still above the flood line, safe 🙏🏻☺️ The open space concept is very suitable for small land to make it look more spacious. #build a house #renovasirumah #arsitekrumah #tinyhouselivinghigh
