Good Afternoon O House Neighbors! Hopefully it's always in good condition, OK ☺️ talking about kitchen styling, our kitchen definitely screams JAPANDI!!! Haha... The focal point of our kitchen space is in the kitchen island area. Why? So here's the story 🤪 Our house is a developer's house where the kitchen area is not that big, in our opinion it is standard for a small family (3.5m x 3.5m), so we can't put in a lot of furniture. Even so, I - Bukbojo - still want to have a kitchen island (just like those Pinterest kitchens that have kitchen islands). Again, Pakbojo's wishes are definitely different 🤪 instead of a kitchen island, he wants a dining table. Duarr, before the second cold war started in Tangerang, we immediately put our brains to work (Ed. using the internet or Pinterest) to find a solution. Luckily, we found one of the HD accounts that makes a nomadic kitchen island, meaning it can be moved around with just a push of your arm muscles. ☺️ So we designed our kitchen island using inspiration from HD. Space saver, multi-functional, can be a dining table, can be a table to put food on just in case we have a small event on our garden patio. We also don't forget to style the kitchen decorations according to the Japandi theme, starting from choosing vases, kitchen appliances, mugs, bowls, cups, paintings, etc. We chose vases in ivory white, black, and also #diy textured vases in white and brown. In choosing the plants, we chose rustic wood to make it look more wabi sabi and aesthetic. 🫶🏼 As much as possible, the decoration items we choose match the color tone of our kitchen, we even adjust the color of the kitchen appliances, hehe. 😆 We have one open shelf that we fill with things, like books, bowls, reed diffusers, and also paintings to beautify our kitchen.
