The low budget developer's kitchen makeover is replacing the kitchen backsplash using vinyl wallpaper. The reason for using vinyl wallpaper, apart from being low budget, is that it is easy to remove without leaving a trace if you want to change the atmosphere of the kitchen. We didn't renovate the kitchen table castings, we just added a kitchen set to save the budget.
