Good Afternoon O House Neighbors! Let's guess the decorative items above 🫰🏼 I also want to give you some tips for those of you who want to decorate in a fancy style but on a low budget 💸 First tip: look for references for the interior design mood board you want and then look for alternative items that suit your budget. For example: on slide 1, I really wanted to have a large and minimalist mirror, but I don't know how much it would cost 😂 it could be up to 5 million 😣 Well, in fact I got this mirror for just 1 million! Why is it cheap? Because the mirror I bought was not made of real wood but like MDF and the back was not covered with plywood but thick cardboard. That's why the price is so high. I don't really need a mirror made of sturdy wood or the back part covered with plywood, but I do need a big mirror. That's why I'm looking for an alternative mirror with materials that aren't too expensive. So, try to keep it aesthetic by adding some decorations such as vases, twigs and curtains. And voila! Still looks aesthetic, right? 😎 with a budget log of course. Second tip: Look for items that don't need to be very similar to the reference but in terms of color and benefits are the same! For example, in the second slide, I really want to have a Japanese and minimalist shelf. Maybe if you look at ecom or a furniture shop, the price is really high, well above 1 million. But I got this Japandi rack for under 1 million! Why is it cheap? Because the material is not mahogany or teak, but MDF. But I finally bought it because I saw the color and pattern, which was beautiful and similar to Japandi. All you have to do is add decorations such as vases, dummy books, decorative bowls, etc. Third tip: no need for new items! Second hand or used display ones are also okay to have, you know! So, for example, slide 3! I got the vases on the middle and bottom shelves from IKEA for half the price. But functionally it is still good and there are no defects, it's just that this is a former display item. Still looks beautiful, right? ☺️ Who would have thought that the vase was a second hand vase? 🤭 So, those are some tips from me for decorating low budget items but still looking fancy ✨ Last note, lots of interior design references! Moreover, at O House there are lots of houses with interesting styles such as Japandi, Mid Century, Wabi Sabi, etc. You can start by imitating several home interior designs from the creators of O House!
