To make this living room more "fancy", we chose to give it a makeover by adding furniture in the form of a TV table which is simple but adds aesthetic value to this room, the price is still under 1 million. And what makes the biggest change to this room is the vinyl flooring which gives the impression of this house being more fancy and neat, because previously it was only old style white ceramics that had been installed since the 90s. The budget that we spend as much as possible does not drain a lot of our money. Apart from that, cheap but matching knick-knacks can also add a fancy impression to our home.
