Some of my favorite treasures in these two front rooms are the 8' tall brass banana tree, the Art Deco Hungarian daybed, the Mid-century painting of a dancer on my fireplace mantel, the Picasso Lithograph, and the 1970s Italian tiled cocktail table I affectionately refer to my style as Regency Goth, which borrows from the hallmarks of Hollywood Regency, Late Mid Century Modern, Chinoiserie, and Art Deco. The Great Room is more of a formal sitting room. It's an excellent introduction into the space and creates the first impression.
