Through Rumatuju, I tried to reorganize the developer's house by optimizing its function as effectively and efficiently as possible due to limited land. The front garden area is still used as a green area, so the canopy design is also adjusted so that sunlight can reach the plants below. You could say that the architectural design of this house uses a "modern contemporary" concept. Here, the contemporary concept in facade design does not only take modern elements. Instead, it utilizes natural material elements such as genuine teak wood to replace the main door of the developer's house. The grain and texture of the teak wood are deliberately left visible as an accent for the Rumatuju facade.
