But it turned out that in 2020, at the start of the pandemic, our parents' neighbors offered their house for sale at a fairly cheap price, so we were interested and agreed to buy it at the end of 2020. The condition of the house at that time was quite bad, it had to be renovated a lot, even up to 90%. However, according to our calculations, with the selling price and renovation costs, this price is still more affordable for us than having to buy a house in a new cluster. Coincidentally, we are already suited to the housing complex and are comfortable with the surrounding environment, so in our opinion it was the right decision to buy a house in this complex at a very friendly price. Home for us is not just a place to live, but more than that. Home is a place where we grow and increase, learn many things and a place to be ourselves.
