Looking for a house = looking for a soul mate 🏡 In 2020, when my husband and I were no longer in a long distance relationship, and were about to be blessed with a baby, we were finally able to decide and have the courage to look for a place to live. I was really stuck thinking I had to have a house at that time. In the end, everything was fast and impromptu. In the midst of the Covid-19 outbreak, our mobility was limited. When searching from cluster 1 to another, the house we now call GH House is the one that best suits our needs. There were only a few factors at that time, close to my husband's office, close to public facilities (schools, toll roads), the environment would develop rapidly in the next few years and not flood. When we saw the unit it wasn't this corner house that we checked. In fact, 3 houses next to it. I don't know why someone seems to be indicating that you have to take the unit in this corner. It's fitting that we agreed at the previous year's price (cheaper) because we replaced the previous person who canceled for one reason or another. Maybe this is what is called soul mate From then on, we renovated the developer's house little by little so that space requirements were maximized. Add a bathroom, add a laundry/service area and change the position of the kitchen. Create open space to make it seem spacious.
