The reason I chose to build from scratch was because previously we already owned land next to my in-laws' house. Once we have sustenance, we can build a house from scratch. In my opinion, the location is very strategic, there are still lots of green areas & each house is not close to each other. After 2 years of living in this house, little by little we are starting to fill every room that was initially completely unfilled. Yes, filling a house is filled with patience and it's not just about lust that must be filled all at once. In fact, every month there is definitely progress in filling the house.
