Modern Industrial is the main style of de Mahendra's house. My husband and I chose this style because we prefer a house that is simple, easy to maintain, but still modern. We apply the modern industrial style at home to almost all the rooms. To achieve this style, on the facade of our house we use neutral gray-black dominant colors, the stair railings use perforated metal with black paint, the main floor and balcony use granite with a gray cement pattern, the door frames use black aluminum, and on the balcony walls using exposed cement.
